     All our machines are 100% brand new and unused.
     

  • Can we order samples for testing?

    Yes, samples are welcome. A portion of the sample cost will be refunded upon bulk order placement.

  •  Can we mix different machines in the same order?

    Yes, we accept mixed containers and mixed products.

  • Can the voltage/plug be customized?

    Yes, we support 110V/220V voltage and 50/60Hz frequency, and provide plug types compatible with different markets.

  • Can our logo be printed on the machine?

    Yes, we offer OEM/ODM customization services, including logo, color, and packaging customization.

  • Is the price EXW, FOB, or DDP?

    Prices are typically EXW or FOB. DDP quotes can be provided upon request.

  • Do you offer wholesale discounts?

    Yes, bulk purchases qualify for more favorable unit pricing.

  • What payment methods do you accept?

    Wire transfer (T/T), Western Union, Alibaba Trade Assurance, etc.

  • What is the production/delivery lead time?

    In-stock items typically ship within 3-7 business days. Bulk orders require 20-30 business days.

  • What shipping methods do you offer?

    Ocean freight, air freight, and courier services (DHL, FedEx, UPS).

  • Do you accept full container load (FCL) orders?

    Yes, we handle both full container loads (FCL) and less than container load (LCL) shipments.

  • What is the warranty period?

    We provide a 12-month warranty for all machines. (Warranty terms are included in the manual.)

  • What if the machine breaks down during the warranty period?

    We will provide replacement parts and technical support free of charge.
